We will maintain and diagnose faults within your entire network as part of the Managed Services Solution.  Using automated and manual checks we ensure that all critical services such as Backups, Internet, Anti-Virus, Security Updates and your WI-FI network are all online and functioning correctly.  Doing this gives your network maximum functionality and efficiency for you and your staff.

When you need assistance we are here to help.  Included in the Managed Services Solution is an unlimited allocation of time for assistance as required.  Perhaps a user needs an email account setup on a new mobile device or the internet may be down, its all included.  Even in a disaster recovery situation where a free loan server needs to be supplied and a total rebuild performed, its all covered in the fixed monthly fee.

Our monthly fee is fixed with unlimited support hours so there is no need to save up requests for the next month or block of hours to come around.
